Today Spaz went in for the I-131 treatment of his hyperthyroid. We dropped him off at 9:30 a.m. and 4 hours and $1,703 later it was all over with. Let me tell you this day could not come fast enough.

Just a quick update….So Spaz was supposed to go in this week for his I-131 injection but turns out he needed to be off his meds for a week prior to being admitted. They failed to tell us that when we scheduled the appointment. So he will not being glowing from radiation until next week. [...]
