Woman fries, eats pet goldfish after fight with husband

A Houston-area woman, angry after a fight with her common-law husband, fried 7 goldfish they had previously purchased together. The argument ensued after a dispute over who should retain the jewelry previously purchased for the wife but later returned to the husband. The police were called when the former husband realized what was going on but police arrived too late. She had already fried all 7 goldfish in EVOO and managed to eat 3 of them.

She must have been really desperate to get her point across. Goldfish aren’t exactly the chicken of the sea, they eat their own poop! According to police this did not constitute criminal activity and was more of a civil manner. Heads-up Judge Judy, they’re heading your way!
