“Yo Quiero Taco Bell.” Gidget the Chihuahua, who was the star of one of the most memorable series of commercials in recent time, has died of a stroke at age 15.
I still am unsure what “Yo Quiero Taco Bell” means but those commercials were pure marketing genius. Gidget was solely responsible for my personal consumption of 100′s of soft tacos. Well, Gidget and the $0.39 soft taco Wednesdays when I was in high school.
